Baby & Toddler Class

Ages 4 months – 2.5 years

This Class is divided into two groups, the baby class (4 months to 18 months) and the Toddler class.

The younger group focuses on taking care of the child’s needs and slowly introduces activities to enhance their natural curiosity.

The Toddler class is more structured and have set activities. This class introduces children to class routines and we embark on potty training. Lessons are theme based and in-line with the national Curriculum Framework (NFC).

Nursery Class

Age 2.5 to 4 years

The unit is divided into 3 classes. Nursery 1, for the younger learner aged 2.5 turning 3. Nursery 2 & 3 caters for learners 3 turning 4 years of age. Along with the three Educators we also have two assistants in this Unit. 

We make use of a thematic approach to introduce our curriculum to learners.

Our program is in-line with the National Curriculum Framework (NCF).

Pre Grade R

Ages 4 – 5 years

We have two Practitioners who prepare children for Grade R.

Our program is registered with Social Development and uses a thematic approach to achieve the learning outcomes.

This ensures that learning takes place in a fun and age appropriate manner to benefit the child.

Grade R

Ages 5 to 6 years

This is a very important year for children as it prepares them for “big school”.

We make use of the Curriculum Assessment Policy (CAPS) to achieve learning outcomes.

in this class lessons are theme based and children learn through play while having fun with their peers.
